Healing and Spiritual guiding.

We will work with you to help you understand more about your mind and body. We will use a whole host of techniques and tools to help you get control of the things you have going on. We will work with both helping you unlock your emotional blockages in your body as well as your physical blockages. These techniques I have tried and developed into my unique combination of guiding that we will use to help you take control and start working toward healing. The biggest thing I’d like you to know is that I needed all the the techniques that I teach to help me overcome a lifetime of stress and anxiety. I spent 19 years in the Army, when through various hardships, worked with long term pain and anxiety. The things we use are based on client needs and are never the same for any two clients. I use physical medicine with teaching you how to use your body the way nature intended it. Additionally I use breathwork, meditation, and cold water therapy to help you get control of your mind and cause amazingly therapeutic things to happen with your body. I also use energy healing with a background in Reiki and other techniques such as sound and more.

  • Together we will work together to help you understand how to take care of yourself. I do not fix anyone, I teach and guide them the tools I’ve personally used to overcome things that I was told only surgery and medication would help.

  • You will be asked to learn, change the things that made you sick, and work for yourself to help learn the tools you need to use to make your body heal, become more of what its capable of, and get out to doing the things you want to in life.

  • I will help you understand many techniques you can use to move along this process. I will help with integration of activities and working toward consistent improvement, but you will need to follow up, you will need to work, and when you do you will improve, it doesn’t matter what’s going on with you.

  • We can use techniques to break your shell on what’s holding you back. We use deeply impactful activities such as breathwork to activate your pineal gland, cold and hot therapy to get you out of your comfort zone and relax into stress.

    I will teach you that your pain is a good thing, its your body showing you that you are doing something wrong. I’ll teach you about trigger points - pain referral patterns

*Packages are designed to help you commit to your care over the long term. This is about you learning how to help yourself and heal. It may be uncomfortable, that’s why it is important to commit to a series of care, I don’t work with miracles, but what I do has helped me and will help you. When you are relearning how to use your body, or even learn how to use it correctly for the first time it will take weeks to months. That’s why I normally see clients at a fortnightly (2 x a month) or a monthly basis. This is to help guide you through your progression and maximize your effectiveness
