This teaches you how to breathe effectively. Most people are hyperventilating all day everyday and this causes and worsens a whole host of issues with the body.

Divergent (Feeling the Energy Around You) Meditation

This workshop incorporates breathing and meditation to help you get into the present moment out of your head, then focus your mind on your energy centers with a focused meditation.
Incorporating Breathwork inspired by the Wim Hof Method to activate and sensitize your body, dump stress and allow you to drop easily into the present moment.
Then following up with meditation based off of Dr. Joe Dispenza's blessing of the energy centers, designed to energize your energy centers, facilitate positive feelings and intention and help your body heal itself through correcting your energy flow in your body and allowing magnificent release and relaxation.

Crystal Sound Bowls are incorporated to help facilitate your energy centers by providing the specific frequencies of sound to help activate, feel, and develop the energy flow in your body.

Psychedelic Breathwork ~ sober :-)

Use Full Pineal Breathing to achieve a sober Psychedelic Experience

Full Pineal Breathing activates your Pineal Gland, releases DMT and achieves a spiritual experience. This will relieve stress, release locked emotion, and experience the wonders of your mind in a completely sober method.

Full Pineal Breathing, is my unique combination of Wim Hof Style breathing, Dr. Joe Dispenza activation, Taoist Mediation Techniques, and sound. We will activate your stress response, allow you to deeply relax, and travel through your mind and body. Learn that time is subjective and a construct of our minds. Learn that you have the power to activate and connect to things that may not have seemed possible.

I will guide you through feeling, and how to manifest more, and how to remain calm even during the activations that we will develop together.

You may laugh, cry, yell, fall asleep, feel deep emotions, muscles twitching, tingles and jingles throughout your body, anything is right with this class.

Come together in this nourishing small group environment, join in the energy of the space, and learn to dig deep into your body and mind to learn more about yourself and the world around you. Leaving this class you will feel refreshed and like you’ve achieved a deep release. Euphoria, strange visions, shapes, colors, feelings, emotions, bodily sensations, and any number of things are possible.

 Peel back the layers of your physical and emotional body and awaken your true spiritual essence

 Use your mind, your intention, and control of your body to deeply relax yourself, release the old, and open your body and mind into new and wonderful things.

 Set your intension to face and overcome difficult things, you can do anything you want if you choose to do it.

 You will learn to control your breath to control your body's response to stress, both relaxing and activating it. Causing your body to respond to what you want it to do.

 You will be able to:

  • Go into cold water calmly and confidently, and feel the cold as just another sensation.

  • Activate your Pineal Gland to open your third eye and freely connect to wonderous things.

  • Hold your breath for longer than you might imagine allowing you to deeply relax and connect to higher things

  • Meditate more effectively than you imagined possible to awaken your spirit and move energy throughout your body. There are several different options that could be taken here and it will vary depending on the goals or participants.

 

Sound will be incorporated throughout this workshop to enhance the experience with sound bowls, gongs, wind chimes, drums, and other items.

 It all begins with preparation where you will decide that this is what you want to do.

 Intention and Preparation

You will set your intention with your mind. You will then prepare your body by controlling your breath and moving to physically warm your body up. You will use your mind to create heat and push it throughout your body from your heart and lungs. They are a furnace that can keep you warm at any temperature.

 Cold Water

I will guide you into the cold water. You will be absolutely prepared and you will decide when you go into the water. You are allowed to stay in for up to 3 minutes with no minimum required. Simply showing up and trying difficult things is an amazing experience. Your breath will be your key to stability while you are in the water. You will relax you muscles as they try to defend you from the cold, because you are letting the cold in, you are letting it touch you, you are learning that it is a just another sensation, just like hot. It will help you to release and relax your body into a deep stress. Your body will be telling you that you are dying, your muscles may clinch up, your breathing may swiften, but you will control your responses and melt into the situation. There is nothing actually threatening about the experience, it takes up to an hour to become hypothermic, the reason people have issues with this activity is that they've been trained that the cold will kill them and they go into shock because their breathing become uncontrolled. This is a controlled experience that you can finish at any time. Adrenaline will be released and you will learn to gain control of your body and your response to stress to free yourself from worry and everyday stress. This is real stress, the stress of modern life is imaginary and when you do this activity, truly difficult, on purpose, with intention, you'll see that mortgages aren't real, money isn't real, politics is shenanigans, and you are in control of your life.

 Breathe

Then we will breathe together.  We will breathe specifically to activate your pineal gland. We will do this with fast breathing, followed by not breathing at all, followed by a hold and squeeze. The fast breathing and holds cause your body's stress response to activate and your get to practice relaxing into your stress. The holds and squeezes pull energy up your spine to your head where you pineal gland is. This squeezes the crystals within it and cause it to activate. Connecting and activating the receiver that is your pineal gland. You may feel all sorts of things as you do this, you may feel strange sensations throughout your body, muscles twitching, energy moving, tingles, jingles, and other things that cannot be easily described. You may feel emotions as you do this as well, you may laugh, cry, call out, fall asleep, something, anything your body needs. Especially as your muscles release and relax your stored emotions may well up. Let them be, and feel them, perhaps for the first time. This process also clears your mind of worry and excessive thought so you can connect.

 Meditate

We will meditate to help your prepared mind, activated pineal gland, and relaxed body to deeply fall into a place where you can settle in and delve deep into yourself. There are several different meditations that may be used for this and it will be decided based on the feeling of the day. Options include yoga nidra style which focuses on the body. Divergent focus, which focuses on the area around the body. Chakra based meditations, heartbeat, sound, microcosmic orbits, there area  lot of options to help you respond and feel your spiritual essence.

Get out of your head, into your body and the present moment.

     Learn how to get out of your busy mind and into the present moment, stop worrying about a future, regretting the past, and learn to listen and feel your body to understand and break through your blockages and trauma. Change your brain waves to be deeply meditative and relaxing Theta waves. These waves are deeply restorative and allow you to feel relaxed even if you’ve got a lot going on.

    This class aligns and flows energy throughout your body, both activating and relaxing your body.

The breathwork we do before the meditation primes your mind to be more able to meditate. A lot of people say it is difficult to meditate because their mind wanders too much. This Tummo Breathing (Inspired by the Wim Hof Method) is designed to help you get out of your head and allow you to be more easily present in the moment and feel. These  styles of class combine the deeply therapeutic effects of breathwork which activate and sensitize the nervous system with the deeply relaxing somatic  yoga nidra which changes your brain waves to be deeply restorative Theta waves of sleep. Cultivating these waves allow the body and mind relax, perhaps for the first time in a long time, and allow restoration to occur.

Learn to hardness your BREATH to harness your true potential. Open blocked areas of your body, reduce inflammation, and release adrenaline all through the use of your breath. Learn that you can hold your breath for much longer than you think you can, and while doing it you will feel fantastic.

An Ice Bath is the ultimate safe, voluntary, stressor that you can encounter, and practice keeping your shit together. Learn how to stay calm, focus, and reveal that your body is capable of so much more than you thought was capable. When you do things you are afraid of in calm confident states of mind, you can do incredible things.
