Introduction to Breathwork

Here is my basic breathwork explanation video

The Basic Breathwork Class covers four basic areas:

Learn that your breath is the key to your nervous system, when you control your breath you can control how you body responds to everything happening both inside and outside your body. You can breathe more and less to achieve different goals

  1. Buteyko Breathing:

    • Breathing less helps you breathe more, this breathing is designed to help you learn to breathe better all day everyday

    • Carbon Dioxide is a magical chemical that you need more of in your body. Its health food, global warming is making you a stronger, happier person with better blood flow

    • Nose breathing is the only way to breathe. There are a whole host of benefits ranging from relaxation, nervous system downregulation, improved circulation through the release of nitric oxide

    • Your breath is the key to your nervous system, including the autonomic nervous system. When you slow your breath down you calm down, when you speed it up you activate
